tk66 Terms and Conditions

Welcome to tk66. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and tk66 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tk66 platform — including the website at tk66.run and the tk66 mobile application — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the tk66 platform. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your records. These Terms apply to all players regardless of the device or method used to access tk66.

To register and use the tk66 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: 200 BDT.
• Deposits are credited to your tk66 account instantly in most cases.
• tk66 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 500 BDT.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Most withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes, though processing times may vary during peak periods.
• tk66 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5.

tk66 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets, unless otherwise stated.
• tk66 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method designed to exploit promotions — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• tk66 reserves the right to amend the terms of any active promotion with reasonable notice to affected players.

All games available on tk66 operate using certified random number generators (RNG) that are independently tested and audited to ensure fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the long-term statistical average and are verified by the relevant game providers.

By playing any game on tk66, you acknowledge that:

• The outcome of each game round is determined by a certified RNG and cannot be influenced by the player or by tk66.
• Past game results have no bearing on future outcomes.

In the event of a conflict between tk66's general terms and a game provider's specific rules, the game provider's rules will take precedence for that specific game.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the tk66 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account on tk66.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the tk66 platform or its games.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the platform for any money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tk66 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through a known error must be reported and will be voided.

tk66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, your balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 10 business days. If you choose to close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team and any verified real-money balance will be returned to you.

tk66 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance.

In all cases, tk66's total liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tk66 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or through an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the tk66 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
